Frequently Asked Questions

Does this trampoline need to sit on grass, or can it go on a deck or patio?

Grass or soft ground is best. The frame needs level, stable footing and grass gives extra cushioning if a jumper falls near the edge. We don't recommend installing directly on concrete, pavers, or a deck without a safety surface underneath. Should you only have hard surfaces, you may want to consider surfacing the area with mulch, either rubber or engineered wood fiber.

How does this trampoline hold up in Pittsburgh winters?

The frame pad uses a UV- and water-resistant polyvinyl shell built for outdoor exposure. Heavy snow load can still stress the mat and springs over time. We recommend a winter cover or removing the mat for the season, especially after an ice storm as the Pittsburgh so often produces.

How many jumpers can use it at once?

The trampoline is built for one jumper at a time to keep bounce mechanics predictable and safe. Multiple jumpers increase collision risk and reduce the sweet spot each person gets.

What's the difference between VariableBounce and PowerBounce?
