We had such a wonderful experience with Crystal and Justin at Bear. They listened to our needs and then helped us create a swingset with some customizations that fit our backyard and budget perfectly. They are true professionals and 100% delivered on everything they promised. Communication was smooth throughout the whole process. The installation team was professional and efficient. Most importantly our kids our thrilled with the swingset. I can’t recommend them enough. 10/10 experience and swingset quality.

Working with bear was a breeze each step of the way. My kids loved going to the show area and playing with the attractions as we made our decisions. Everyone we worked with was beyond friendly and knowledable. Someone always answered my calls and emails with friendly answers to all my questions. The installers could not have been nicer working around our yard and amongst 4 kids. Thanks everyone for being a part of making their "backyard dreams" come true!

The staff at Bear Playgrounds was incredible! Justin and Crystal were so wonderful in helping me decide on a playset and the installation crew was fantastic! The playset itself is amazing, great quality and entertaining! My kids LOVE it.
