After some delays that were out of their hands, they got our set in and had it installed in less than a week. Communication was good and they kept us informed about shipping problems and even offered to install a different/comparable since we were waiting. Glad we didn’t cause we love the Cinnamon Bear fort that we picked. Great company and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new play set.
