Visited their location and Justin worked with me on the design and provided me with resources I could review with my husband at home since he was not able to join me. I really liked that my husband and I were able to redesign the play set via their website from home. Once we were ready to move forward we reached out to Crystal. She was great and always responsive to any questions we had. Once the order was placed, our swing set was installed in about 6/7 weeks. Two guys installed our set and were very professional and efficient. Showed up on time and were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I really liked the text system they used to alert us of our scheduled install date that included the picture of the installer that would be coming to our house. It also included a link to our order and the job details. Would definitely recommend! Very satisfied!”

It took a while longer than anticipated for pieces of the playset to come in (per the usual in the world right now), but they were right on time for delivery to build the set and very friendly.
